For example using an Acceptable, Not Acceptable or Under Review checkbox you could consider adding mental health and wellness titles such as:
Workloads
High Stress Projects or impending deadlines
Resourcing or personnel levels
Average hours worked
Fatigue Management plans
Management of current change
Frequency of check-in conversations
Wellness agenda items
